• Products are always returnable within the applicable return period if you encounter certain criteria’s such as physically damaged or broken, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description provided on the product's detail page of Havenarth.
• Products marked as "Non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
• While receiving any non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product.
• Under some specific cases where the seller is unable to meet the replacement process due to any sort of circumstances, the refund system will be taken place
• Return will be processed only if:
  1. The delivered product is in its actual form as before departure.
  2. The product packaging should not be tempered or damaged in any form.
  3. The product is only acceptable if it is mend to be original as delivered by our logistics partner.
  4. The product must contain everything, the way it is delivered as a whole such as containing warranty card, manual card etc.

The product must be in its original state such as the product should not be stitched, washed, used or spoiled in any form.
